Charlynn is an Associate Attorney at Gaynor and is involved with the firm’s corporate, finance, and securities practice areas. She regularly assists in a variety of business and real estate transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, real property purchase and sale transactions, corporate governance matters and debt and equity financing.

Charlynn received her JD from LMU Loyola Law School with a concentration in corporate law. Prior to attending law school, Charlynn worked in business and financial risk consulting at Ernst & Young LLP and cybersecurity consulting at Barr Advisory P.C. Her experience working with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies allows her to leverage her technical business knowledge in her practice of law to provide her clients with well-rounded advice and guidance. Charlynn received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from the University of Southern California.

Charlynn was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and currently lives in Los Angeles. When not in the office, Charlynn enjoys dancing, snowboarding, and spending time with her two cats (Marinara and Parmesan).
