Laura’s legal practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Her experience includes Mergers & Acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, licensing work, debt and equity financing transactions, and all aspects of corporate formation and governance. Laura acts as Outside General Counsel for a number of clients and advises them on specific transactions as well counsels them on day-to-day legal issues that arise.

Laura’s experience spans more than 20 years. She provides her clients with the quality of work provided by large law firms while maintaining a more personalized relationship with her clients. She began her legal career in the corporate and entertainment practice groups at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she served clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to private, venture-backed companies. Laura received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. She graduated with a B.B.A. with highest distinction from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.

She currently lives in West Los Angeles with her husband and their three children. In her free time, Laura enjoys working out, reading, traveling, and volunteering at her children’s schools and at a local animal rescue organization.
