Adnan Karama

Senior Associate

Adnan is actively involved with Gaynor’s corporate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and start-up and emerging growth practice areas. He regularly advises the firm’s clients on a variety of business transactional matters, including complex debt and equity financings corporate governance, and commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of transactional documents, managing the due diligence process and counseling clients on day-to-day operational matters.

Adnan graduated from Loyola Law School where he served as a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate, he received his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in International Business from Loyola Marymount University.

When not providing excellent client service, Adnan enjoys staying active, playing his guitar and cooking.
