Jason is an Associate Attorney at Gaynor and is actively involved with the firm’s corporate, finance and securities practice areas. He regularly assists on a variety of business transactional matters, including corporate governance, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Jason is experienced in drafting a variety of complex transactional documents and conducting due diligence.

Jason received his JD from Loyola Law School with a concentration in corporate law. Prior to attending law school, Jason received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Jason was born and raised in southern California and currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their dog. When not in the office, Jason enjoys traveling, watching movies, and riding his motorcycle.
