Tyler is Gaynor’s Chief Operating Officer and handles overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the firm.   His duties include managing the firm’s finances and HR functions including recruitment and hiring, benefits administration and management of staff.  He also maintains Gaynor’s regulatory compliance, assists with marketing efforts and helps maintain relationships with clients, vendors and other key firm acquaintances. 

Tyler began his career as a billing specialist with an Orange County based law firm and quickly rose through the ranks achieving the title of Finance Manager, a position he held there for over 10 years.  As the Finance Manager, Tyler oversaw the entire financial operations of the business and helped the firm grow from a sole practitioner operation to an LLP with five equity partners.    

Tyler graduated from the California State University at Fullerton with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice.  He is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) Los Angeles chapter as well as a member of OCEAN (Orange County Executives and Networkers).  He lives with his wife, daughter and dog, Porter in Orange County, CA.  He enjoys spending time outdoors, sports, music, cooking and traveling with his family.
